A short list of projects and systems I am building or have built.

• AI Agent Platform at Mercari US - my main focus now. I am building the internal platform for team-owned skills, shared workflows, secure agent execution, and Slack-native business agents.
• Company Brain at Mercari US - a Slack agent that can answer questions across business metrics, product specs, code, infrastructure, Jira, Notion, and other internal systems, then take actions such as opening PRs.
• Institutional Agent Workflow Server - an in-house workflow runtime for turning business processes into secure, compliant, reusable agent workflows.
• microfn.dev - experiments around AI agents and small, composable tools.
• mypostermap.com - a map-poster generator for making personalized city posters.
• Saifu Wallet - an extensible web3 wallet for Solana with an open plugin system.
• OneKlick - a Korean learning system designed for K-drama learners.
